Each year, WTF awards the prestigious Boris Sagal Directing Fellowship to an up-and-coming director, who is challenged to create an ambitious new work in collaboration with writers, designers, and members of the WTF Non-Equity Company.  The 2018 recipient of the Boris Sagal Directing Fellowship is Maggie Burrows, who will direct Damsels, a new play by Jenny Rachel Weiner.
