2019 Williamstown Theatre Festival Summer Company

2019 Season

2019 Season

Thank you for being a part of this unforgettable season

Over these past eight weeks, the stories on our stages have taken us from Chicago’s Southside after World War II to a contemporary assisted living home to nineteenth century Western Norway… From the Bronx Zoo in 1906 to Kabul, Afghanistan in 2013… From the suburban home of baby boomers to an urban church basement. The diversity of these stories brought us together, under one roof, to interrogate the world around us, find joy, and, hopefully, be moved closer to understanding what unites us.

Thank you so much for joining us on this journey. The development of work for the Festival’s stages is a year-round process. We look forward to continuing to share work that engages, challenges, entertains, and delights. For information about how you can support Williamstown Theatre Festival, please click here.

It takes a company of hundreds to produce the Festival each summer

In addition to the stars you know, more than 200 aspiring theatre artists come to Williamstown each summer to participate in our Professional Training Program, working and growing together and making important connections and countless memories along the way.
